GETTING TO KNOW SPS
How does SPS work?
SPS offers new clients a complimentary one half-hour consultation by phone to get a better idea of your project and outline our fees. After that meeting, we either take a project in for estimation or continue on with you in a consulting role.
If you have a project that you are prepared to move forward on, and would like us to provide you an estimate, we schedule a complimentary project intake meeting where we come to an understanding about the services you require and build an estimate for that specific project. We will also provide you our engagement letter which outlines most of our policies.
Once you approve the estimate with a 50% deposit and present a signed engagement letter, SPS schedules your work and gives you a delivery date. Payment in full is required for delivery.

We work with both design entrepreneurs and industry professionals. Because each project is different, we cater our approach to yours individually.
